Our Services
Supported Living
Our Supported Living services enable individuals to live as independently as possible in their own homes while receiving tailored support based on their needs and aspirations.
Residential Care Homes
We operate two residential care homes in Port Talbot, providing 24-hour care and support in a comfortable and welcoming environment.
Respite Service
Our respite service in Swansea provides short-term care in a safe and supportive setting, offering both individuals and their families valuable time to rest and recharge.
Day Centre
Our day centre, based in Swansea provides a flexible and community-focused service designed to support individuals to stay active, engaged and connected.
Sessional Support
Our Sessional Support service provides flexible, person-centred assistance tailored to individuals who live independently but benefit from additional support to maintain and enhance their daily lives.
